Project HOPE

Project HOPE is our community outreach program that is aimed at supporting and assisting foster youth as they age out of foster care and former foster youth transition into adulthood. Our goal is to provide them with the basic needs and supplies needed to assist them in becoming self-sufficient, enabling them to move towards lifelong independence. Assistance provided includes daily living items, hygiene and healthcare items, cleaning and laundry supplies, bed linens, and other household items. We also provide care packages and duffel bags filled with school supplies to college-bound youth upon aging out.
