A mentor helps to ensure that every youth who ages out of foster care knows that they have someone who cares. A mentor is a confidant that gives their mentee the confidence to know that they are not alone in dealing with lives day to day stresses and challenges they face. Through Hope House of Arizona's mentoring program mentees are matched with volunteer mentors who will serve as positive role models, while also providing support, guidance, inspiration and encouragement. As a mentor, individuals will have a unique opportunity to help young adults navigate new experiences and shape their lives and careers.
